Return & Refund Policies

Your satisfaction is highly important to us, so we are happy to provide the following return policy:

Singapore: Returns must be filed within 21 days and pickup at our cost.

Other Countries: Returns must be filed within 35 days of receiving the item and return shipment brone by you.

If your product has a defect, send us a clear picture to support@brainflakes.sg and we will refund you 100% of your order without a return.

If you want to return the item for other reasons, we will provide a full refund once the item arrives at our warehouse and is in good condition.
